It was a very fun and educational experience. The atmosphere and hosts were very welcoming. Both coaches and educators were eager to share their knowledge and experience. Suggestion to make it better: the training program was a bit too ambitious, especially for one hour sessions. All in all it was a great opportunity to have fun and learn. Hope the youth camp will continue.

International camps are great experience for lifters and coaches. You can learn new things, share your knowledge and and get feedback on your work.
